3-5 detailed "before and after" workflow redesigns, selected from the highest-impact opportunities we identified during the audit. Each blueprint includes:
  • Current state workflow map (what we observed, not what the SOP says)

  • Recommended tools and how they connect to your existing stack
  • Expected time savings and quality improvements
  • Implementation steps - specific enough that your team (or ours) can build it
